PASSONI OT-01 OMNI TITANIUM

Passoni's newest bike is here, the OT-01 represents the natural evolution and refinement of Passoni’s current flagship model, the Titanio Disco. 
 

One of the biggest changes is the new 1.5” head tube, engineered and machined in three parts from solid Grade 5 titanium billets. Its design preserves the brand’s unmistakable signature style, reintroducing a multi-piece construction even on models with fully integrated cable routing. 

This development further enhances steering precision and front-end stiffness, giving the rider a more direct and controlled response.  The OT-01 is not just an aesthetic evolution: it results from a complete rethinking of the whole frame, achieving a weight reduction of over 120 grams in size medium without compromising strength or performance.

Introducing the reimagined rear triangle with newly engineered chainstays that offer impressive tire clearance of up to 32 mm. The sleek, fully enclosed drive-side dropout, crafted using advanced 3D printing technology, enhances the frame's aesthetics and balance.

In the front triangle, the optimized downtube is over 90 grams lighter than previous models, maintaining an exceptional stiffness-to-weight ratio thanks to Passoni’s triple-butted construction.

The frame pairs with the FP01 full carbon fork, featuring a 1.5-inch steerer and straight blades, designed for compatibility with a 160 mm brake rotor for superior braking power.

At the bike's front, the CP01 full carbon integrated cockpit offers aerodynamic shaping for unmatched performance. The OT-01 comes in made-to-measure and standard sizes, ensuring a perfect fit with geometries tailored for balance and comfort, making it an excellent choice for quality and readiness.

Built in Italy

Every OT-01 Omni Titanium is handmade and 100% built in our Atelier in Italy. Every frame is crafted to order in Passoni’s atelier near Milan, where precision, material expertise and attention to detail define each step of production.
