NEW STORE RENOVATION UPDATE

Expect real momentum—and a space that is finally beginning to feel real. After months of planning and preparation, the renovation of our new location is now fully underway. What once lived on paper is quickly becoming a physical space, and seeing each element take shape has been incredibly rewarding for our entire team. The vision we’ve been working toward is starting to materialize, and with every passing week the shop feels closer to becoming the home we imagined for Signature Cycles’ next chapter.

Throughout the process, we’ve been fortunate to work alongside partners who understand the importance of precision and detail in a project like this. With the support of Soho Group and a dedicated team ensuring that every aspect of the build complies with local permitting and agencies, progress continues to move forward steadily. It’s a complex process, but one that is guided by the same principles we apply to everything we do: thoughtful planning, careful execution, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Inside the new store, several areas are already beginning to stand out. One of the spaces we are particularly excited about is the evolution of our Fit Lab. Bike fitting has always been a core part of our DNA, and this new environment will allow us to take that experience even further. The space has been optimized to support a more refined approach to fitting sessions—one that blends cutting-edge technology with the hands-on expertise we’ve built over more than two decades.

As part of that evolution, we’ll be introducing the IDMatch fitting system. We’re excited about the possibilities that AI-driven tools bring to our process, using the technology to enhance our initial setup and analysis. From there, our team will apply the experience and methodology we’ve developed over 25 years to refine every detail, ensuring that the end result remains as personalized and precise as ever.

Beyond the Fit Lab, the showroom itself is beginning to reflect the atmosphere we envisioned from the start. The shop will carry a modern, boutique feel inspired by some of the most thoughtful retail spaces around the world. Carefully designed inspiration walls will showcase our partners and their products in a way that highlights the craftsmanship and innovation behind each brand, creating a space that feels both elevated and welcoming.

While the new location represents a major step forward, it will still feel familiar to those who have visited our Greenwich shop over the years. We approached the layout with intention, drawing inspiration from the flow and distribution that our clients already know. The difference lies in the details. Every part of the experience—from the mechanic area to the Fit Lab, and even the new shower and bathroom facilities—has been carefully reconsidered and upgraded to support the level of service we aim to provide.

Our goal is to be fully operational in the new space by April 1st, marking an exciting milestone for the team. Shortly after, we’re planning a soft launch weekend on April 24th and 25th, which will give us the opportunity to welcome clients and friends into the space as we begin this next phase.

There is still work to be done, but the excitement inside the team is undeniable. After months of preparation, it’s incredibly energizing to see the vision come to life. We’re looking forward to sharing more updates as the build progresses—and even more so to opening the doors and experiencing it together.
