Andreas' Bastion Road

This week, we are featuring Andreas' Bastion Road Bike.

Andreas is one of our clients who has trusted us with multiple bikes—not only for himself but for his entire family as well. His family was raised with a love for cycling, and they continue to ride as the years go by.

There is no greater pleasure than having a client like Andreas come back and say, "I love the last bike you built for me so much that I would like another one."

Andreas was one of the first clients to take delivery of a Bastion a few years ago when we introduced the brand from Australia. We promised him then that he would experience something that he never had before; that was a tall promise since, by that time, Andreas already had custom titanium and carbon frames. However, the Bastion was the perfect blend of carbon and titanium. Andreas loved his Bastion so much that he came back to order another one. For this new bike, we made a few changes to the project, opting for black lugs and matte black carbon tubes, giving this new Bastion a sleek and clean style. 
 

As a big fan of Lightweight wheels, choosing the new Partington wheels was another leap of faith for Andreas. However, after visiting the Partington factory in Australia and learning about their manufacturing process, we were confident that it would provide Andreas with a great experience and complement his Bastion perfectly.
