Bill's Seven 622XX

This week, we're thrilled to showcase Bill’s latest ride: the stunning Seven 622 XX road bike.

Bill is no stranger to high-quality builds – he’s previously collaborated with us on his phenomenal Parlee Z-Zero Disc and a No.22 Drifter. For this new project, Bill wanted a bike that would be perfect for road rides, and after exploring several top American manufacturers, he was captivated by Seven’s titanium and carbon options.

After extensive discussion and careful consideration, we chose Porsche Malachite Green for the paint. This rich, deep green is not only eye-catching but also gleams beautifully in sunlight. The interplay of the raw titanium with the Malachite Green gives the bike an exceptionally classy and distinctive appearance. Seven’s craftsmanship shines through with impeccable masking and a flawless finish. The exposed welds showcase the bike's high-quality construction – there’s no hiding the precision in every detail.

This bike is built with a no-compromise philosophy, designed to be the ultimate road machine for Bill. It’s engineered for peak performance, whether he's conquering climbs or powering through descents. We equipped it with Darimo components for the seatpost, stem, and handlebars, all in a glossy UD finish that not only looks incredible but also keeps the bike light. The frame combines carbon and titanium to ensure a ride that’s both lively and smooth, with a T47 bottom bracket shell for optimal power transfer during climbs.

For the groupset, Bill’s choice was clear: Shimano Dura-Ace, his preferred choice for top-notch performance. The Lightweight Obermayer Schwarz Edition wheelset, with its sleek black logos, complements the bike perfectly. To enhance the ride even further, we added a Ceramicspeed bottom bracket and OPSW system for superior friction reduction and buttery-smooth pedaling.
