Jason's Bastion ArchAngel

Not every day do we have a client like Jason approaching us about his dream bike. Jason has an impressive bike collection and is no stranger to the custom bike world. Recently, he has explored options in carbon, titanium, and custom steel for his rides.

When Jason came to us, he wanted a dream bike that combined everything: a unique look, durability, comfort, and the ability to convert his power into speed without sacrificing comfort. After reviewing our list of partners, we determined that the Bastion ArchAngel was exactly what Jason was looking for!

This limited edition bike from the Australian manufacturer looks like something out of a magazine. It is elegant, clean, and beautiful, featuring 3D-printed lugs with intricately carved and polished angel wings—something only the Bastion team could produce.

In addition to cycling, Jason races cars as another hobby. He enjoys high-speed machines that perform at the highest levels and has a special appreciation for carbon fiber's desirable qualities in high-end chassis. Beyond its lightweight nature, the vibration-dampening benefits of carbon fiber are unmistakable.

As a cycling enthusiast, Jason was eager to test the new wireless group from Campagnolo. He has a certain romanticism towards the Italian brand, and we believe the new wireless group will deliver the experience he is seeking.

Only 88 ArchAngels were ever made, and Jason was fortunate to find his favorite number (#56) still available. The bike comes from Melbourne as a complete package, including lightweight Obermayer carbon wheels and handmade tape by another Australian legend, BusyMan. In this case, both the tape and saddle are wrapped in Alcantara, a super smooth, high-end quality material that elevates the riding experience.

The paint job is also unique, featuring a special cerakote finish on the titanium lugs and Atlas Super Shift Green on the carbon tubes. The addition of silver logos creates the perfect balance between quality and elegance.

Delivering projects like this is incredibly rewarding for us. Bike dreams come in various forms and shapes, and we are thrilled to have helped Jason achieve his dream bike.
