Luigi's Seven Evergreen SL

This week we're featuring Luigi's Seven Evergreen SL.

Luigi is an avid cyclist who hails from NYC and has been through many fit sessions over the years.  After a thorough session at Signature, we earned his trust with a custom bike project.  He already knew what he wanted; a versatile all-road platform that could clear big enough tires for off-road adventures.  A bike that can do almost anything, a bike that will take whatever you throw at it and ask if that's all you got.

The Seven Evergreen SL is that bike.  When fine-tuning the ride quality of a custom frame, Seven takes everything into account regarding the rider's weight, power, riding style and individual goals as a cyclist in order to select and machine the right choice of tubing diameters and wall thicknesses.  This ensures that every custom made frame they deliver will ride exactly the way a bicycle should - stiff enough to be fast but compliant enough to be comfortable.

Since this bike will spend more time on the road than not, the geometry for this frame is more akin to a road bike than a gravel bike, so it feels fast on the road with quick handling as opposed to slower, more stable handling.  We outfitted the ENVE SES 3.4 wheels with a nice big 35mm slick racing tire for a fast and plush ride, but the frame can clear up to a 700x45 for when Luigi wants to scratch the itch for anything from gravel to adventure touring.
