ENVE Fray

This week's Bike of the Week is the newly launched ENVE Fray all-road endurance bike. This bike, made by Utah-based bike manufacturers, has been designed for those who want speed, versatility and maximum performance. So, whether you like the weekly club road ride or enjoy exploring off the beaten track and want one bike that can do it all, the Fray has been designed with you in mind.

We at Signature Cycles are pleased to have ENVE as long-time partners of the shop, and the new Fray is fantastic as the geometry fits the needs of many of our clients who are more focused on comfort and performance than aerodynamics.

The frame's geometry is optimised for 31-35mm tyres, enhancing versatility. Additionally, it can accommodate up to 40mm yires with a 1X setup, ensuring outstanding performance across mixed surfaces. ENVE's goal was to create a bike capable of excelling both on the road and on mixed terrain while maintaining the comfort necessary for long sportif and fondo rides.

The bike boasts a sleek aesthetic, thanks to its aerodynamic tube shapes and internal cabling utilising ENVE's IN-Route System. This system conceals hoses and wires from the wind, enhancing the bike's aerodynamic efficiency. Moreover, the Fray features ENVE's Cargo Bay—an in-frame storage solution ideal for long days in the saddle. Each Fray chassis comes equipped with two Cargo Bags made of lightweight neoprene fabric, ensuring the safety of your belongings and preventing unwanted rattling in the downtube.

The frame is available in seven sizes with four fork rakes and offers customisable handlebar, stem, and seatpost options. Choose from three stunning colours: salt, venom, and ash.
