TRACY'S NO22 DRIFTER

This week we are featuring Tracy’s No22 Drifter.

Tracy is one of our longstanding NYC clients, who first stepped into our Upper West Side studio over 15 years ago. Then, it was for a custom titanium bike, but now she’s looking to adventure into the “G” category (Gravel).

An active NYCC member, Tracy wanted to treat herself to a new and modern titanium bike. She had the Drifter model by No22 in mind, and after a couple of conversations and a visit to our studio, her new bike was in progress.

The masters of titanium, No22 have built its reputation on expertly balancing enjoyment and performance. Using the highest grades of titanium tubing available, its carefully considered geometries and tubing profiles set it apart as one of the highest quality manufacturers in the game. No22 are also fairy local to us, with all its fabrication taking place in its factory in upstate New York. Whilst we love to source the highest quality products from around the world, it gives us real pride to support to an outstanding local business.

After 22 weeks of crafting, the frame arrived at the shop. The Drifter model is a timeless beauty, with updated techniques like a T47 bottom bracket, internal route for brake hose and tapered titanium tubes. Paired with the SRAM force/Eagle “Mullet” Setup groupset and a set of ReneHerse slick tires, this bike is ready for some hardcore gravel.

We absolutely cannot wait to see Tracy rocking this beautiful bike, and continuing to explore the gravel scene with her cycling club.
